Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

x777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary suspension of the Account pending verification.

Only one Account per individual is permitted. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your x777 Account. This responsibility applies regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you, carried out by a third party with or without your knowledge, or the result of a failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

You must not share your x777 Account credentials — including your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes — with any other person. x777 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify x777 immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be implemented without delay. x777 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

x777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, including requests for source of funds documentation, proof of identity, and utility bills confirming address. These checks are conducted in compliance with the Operator's international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering procedures.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on x777 for Pakistani players are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x777 does not impose currency conversion charges on PKR transactions. Accepted payment channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits are credited to your x777 Wallet following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically near-instantaneous for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. x777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Funds balance after accounting for any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. Approved withdrawals are then processed to your designated payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to third-party processing timelines.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Intellectual Property

All content on the x777 platform — including but not limited to the x777 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the x777 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any x777 content; reverse engineer any x777 software; or create derivative works based on x777 content.

Nothing in this clause limits x777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. x777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

x777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the x777 Privacy Policy.

x777 uses your personal data for purposes including but not limited to: Account registration and management, KYC and anti-money laundering compliance, payment processing, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
